How do I book, and how soon can I be seen?
You can book online through Zocdoc or call us at (571) 347-2879. We’re open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 8316 Arlington Blvd #600 in Fairfax. If you have a rash or a spot that’s changing quickly, tell us when you call so we can see you sooner.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans. Medically necessary visits like skin cancer screenings, acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rashes are typically covered, while cosmetic services usually aren’t. Call us or visit the front desk before your appointment and we’ll help verify your benefits before your visit.
Do I need a referral?
Referrals will be based on your insurance. Typically PPO plans do not require referrals, but usually HMO plans require one. Check with your insurer if you’re unsure or we may be able to tell when you book an appointment. We’re happy to help you find out.
How often should I get a skin check, and what happens during one?
Many people benefit from a yearly exam, especially with a personal or family history of skin cancer, many moles, fair skin, or a history of sunburns or tanning. Your dermatologist can recommend the right schedule for you. During the exam, you’ll change into a gown and we’ll check your skin head to toe. It’s quick and painless, and if anything looks suspicious we can often take a small sample the same day.
I'm worried about a mole or spot. What should I do?
Don’t wait. Changes in size, shape, color, or texture, or a spot that bleeds or won’t heal, should be evaluated. Our board-certified dermatologists diagnose and treat all types of skin cancer, including Mohs surgery when needed to remove on the delicate skin of your face. We also remove benign moles, skin tags, and cysts for comfort or cosmetic reasons.

We diagnose and treat a wide-range of skin conditions. Such as acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, pigmentation disorders like vitiligo, hair loss, and skin cancer, plus cosmetic services like Botox and chemical peels.
What does a visit cost without insurance?
Biopsies, lab work, and procedures are billed separately, and cosmetic services are priced individually. Call us for an estimate before your visit.
